Megan Fox was born Megan Denise Fox on May 16^th 1986 in Memphis Tennessee in the United States. She is known for being a model and actress, with her most notable role to date being the leading lady in the 2007 blockbuster hit Transformers.

She began drama and dance training at an early age and at the age of ten moved to Florida where she continued to dance and act while finishing school. She began acting and modelling professionally at the age of thirteen after winning a talent convention in South Carolina.

Megan Fox made her film debut in the film Holiday in the Sun which was released in 2001. She garnered further attention after appearing in Ocean Avenue, What I Like About You and Two and a Half Men.

In 2004 Fox landed a role starring opposite Hollywood sensation Lindsay Lohan in Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen. She then was cast as a regular member of the comedy series Hope & Faith.

In 2007 she scored the role of the female lead in Transformers, playing Mikaela Banes. She also began filming for the TV series How To Lose Friends and Alienate People.

Fox also appeared in the November 2005 issue of mens magazine FHM. She scored a ranking of 65 in the top 100 hottest females issue 2006.
